Before commencing any contract or cleaning task, a comprehensive risk assessment is carried out.
Each of our employees has to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others by:

* wearing and using safety clothing and equipment provided
* reporting all hazards or persons creating hazards
* reporting all accidents, whether injured or not
* conforming to all written and verbal instructions.

Sureshine Window Cleaning Ltd is one of the latest group of successful companies to join a leading edge scheme, designed to help industry improve its safety record.
The Pontypridd-based firm recently received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which
recognises very high standards of health and safety practise amongst UK contractors.
Under the SAFEcontractor system, businesses undergo a vetting process, which examines health and
safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Those companies meeting the high standard
are included on a database, which is accessible to registered users only via a website.
